Northwestern Extract Company has been family owned and operated for over 100 years.  The business was founded by August C. O. Peter in 1912 in Milwaukee, WI. We have been creating exceptional flavor extracts and brewing products consistently for over 100 years!

Supplying local breweries and soft drink bottlers for generations, Northwestern Extract‘s expertise and quality has been proven.
